O’Pen Bic Sailing

The O’Pen Bic sailboat is a thermoformed polyethylene hull that is self-draining in the event of a capsize.  The boat is known to quickly plane.  The large sail makes for a boat that accelerates quickly.  The boat is a good fit for a young sailor who has either become too large for an Opti or is looking for new challenges after mastering sailing an Opti.

Ages: 10-15, and generally under 140 lbs.
